Pointel facilitates customer engagements through a variety of media platforms. Pointel handles data relating to customer interactions (audio call recordings, call meta-data, chat messages, etc.). Additionally, a customer may contribute information to Pointel in a variety of ways, including as importing data from third-party websites, uploading files, screensharing, making video or audio conversations, or communicating via chat messaging.

Pointel will gather Customer Data only when a customer freely provides it to us.
