Maintain and utilize knowledge of competitive wage and benefit packages for all employee positions in the company. Oversee planning and coordination of training programs and seminars, recruitment and development programs. Execute HR programs/processes in the area of Performance Management, Staffing and Employment Practices. Maintain knowledge of all legal aspects of employee and workplace practices and implement processes that ensure legal compliance.
